We currently offer Free Standard Shipping for orders over Rs. 2000. For orders below Rs. 2000, the shipping charges are Rs. 199 only. Shipping typically takes 2-4 working days.
After placing an order on our website, you’ll receive a confirmation message on whatsapp. You have to confirm your order there to complete verification.
1/ Any unopened product can be returned within 10 days of purchase.
2/ If you’ve opened the packaging and are unsatisfied, whatsapp us0336 5888515 for guidance.
3/ Our partner courier will pick up the product from your delivery address. We’ll deduct Rs. 200 from your order amount and return the rest to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
4/ Tampered Products: If you suspect tampering, keep the original product and packaging. Our customer care team will provide instructions for returning the product.
1/ If you bought Nutrifactor products online from another website, follow their return and refund instructions.
2/ For purchases from our retail partners, return the item to their store as per their policy.
